Biography
Igor Trajanovski is a professional with many years of managerial experience in both the public and private sectors. He was born on 20 May 1972 in Skopje.
He earned his PhD at the Faculty of Applied Social Studies in Ljubljana, obtaining the academic title of Doctor of Science.
He completed his Master’s studies at the Faculty of Law “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje, earning the academic degree of Master of International Politics.
He graduated from the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Philosophy at “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje.
- He began his career in 1994 at Macedonian Post JSC, Skopje, as a Security Associate.
- From 2009, he worked at Euroins Insurance JSC, Skopje, as Director for Damage Assessment and Claims Settlement.
- In 2017, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Agency for Foreign Investments and Export Promotion.
- From 2019, he was employed at Halk Insurance JSC, Skopje, as an Agency Manager.
- From 2021, he worked as a Project Manager at Chapter 4, Skopje.
- Since 2023, he has been working as a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Information Studies in Novo Mesto, Slovenia.
- In December 2024, Igor Trajanovski was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer of Airports of the Republic of North Macedonia JSC and Chairman of the Management Board of Airports of the Republic of North Macedonia JSC.
Igor Trajanovski speaks English, Serbian, Croatian, and Slovenian.
