The Joint Stock Company for Airport Services Airports of the Republic of North Macedonia, in state ownership, Skopje, is the legal successor of the Public Enterprise for Airport Services “Macedonia” – Skopje, which was established by the Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Macedonia on 8 November 1990.
Based on the Decision on the Transformation of the Public Enterprise for Airport Services “Macedonia” – Skopje into a State-Owned Joint Stock Company, adopted by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia No. 19-7554/1 dated 25 February 2008, the state-owned JSC “Airports of Macedonia” – Skopje continues its operations and participates in legal transactions as its legal successor.
On 24 September 2008, Agreement No. 02-11310 was concluded for the concession, development, financing, use, and maintenance of “Alexander the Great” Airport – Skopje and “St. Apostle Paul” Airport – Ohrid, between the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, TAV Havalimanlari Holding A.S., and TAV Macedonia. Under this Agreement, which entered into force on 1 March 2010, the activities related to the provision of airport services are carried out by the concessionaire.

JSC AIRPORTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF NORTH MACEDONIA.
