Decision on determining legal status

The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of North Macedonia adopted a Decision establishing the legal status of an unlawfully constructed facility dated 4 December 2025 for Ohrid Airport. Based on this decision, the Joint Stock Company “Airports of the Republic of North Macedonia” submitted a request for its implementation to the Real Estate Cadastre Agency on 4 December 2025. On 26 December 2025, the Agency processed the request and carried out registration in the cadastre records, thereby completing the legalization of “St. Paul the Apostle Ohrid Airport”.
